How do I know the right time to change my bikini panties?
The ideal approach is to perform a few tests before wearing your bikini-panty to the beach. This helps you understand the wear-time and changing schedule that works best for you. The duration will depend on the panty model, the type of flow it was designed for, and your flow on that specific day. Remember that the wear-time at the beach is the same as for daily use. So, the more you test and get to know your cycle, the more confident you will feel to enjoy the beach worry-free, especially on heavy flow days!
How to know the ideal bikini-style panty type to prevent leaks?
To avoid leaks, always choose the period panty model according to your flow. For example, if you have a moderate flow, wear a moderate-flow panty. But if you want to wear a heavy-flow one even on lighter days, that's fine; it might even extend the wear time! What you shouldn't do is the opposite: having a heavy flow and wearing a moderate-flow panty, because then the wear time will be reduced and the risk of leaks increases. By following this little rule, you can enjoy your day worry-free! And it’s always a good idea to carry a spare panty in case you need to change during the day.

Will the panties get stained with use?
No. Here are some tips to help prevent stains:
1- Avoid leaving the garment dirty and dry for a long time.
2 - As soon as possible, pre-soak for 10 to 15 minutes to remove excess blood.
3- If your bikini panty stains, apply 10-volume hydrogen peroxide to the stained area and let it sit for a few minutes before washing. (Always prefer 10-volume hydrogen peroxide over bleach, as it not only lightens the stain but is also biodegradable).
4- Leaving the panty in the sun with coconut soap and white vinegar is also a great option to prevent stains and finish cleaning the panty. The sun is an excellent natural whitener, in addition to being bactericidal and fungicidal, sterilizing your panty.
Do panties develop an odor during use?
Rest assured! Our absorbent panties do not cause odors during use. Menstrual blood itself does not have an unpleasant smell; the bad odor we are familiar with comes from a chemical reaction between the blood and the chemicals in disposable pads.
